Giavanna Silva brings high energy and great enthusiasm for Boston real estate and people to Compass, where she utilizes her unique experiences in the real estate industry to provide a luxury experience for all her clients. In 2023 she founded her Real Estate + Marketing company, Haus Of Giavanna, which focuses on offering stunning, elevated and strategic high level marketing for properties across all platforms.
Giavanna previously played a key role in the success of the top producing Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman. While Giavanna worked for 3 years as the team’s Operations Manager/Transaction Coordinator, her role was better defined as Chief of Staff; she managed the day-to-day operations, oversaw all administrative details, and implemented policies and procedures to support the team’s culture and commitment to professionalism. Additionally, Gia took on an even broader, more hands-on role having been involved in every deal, from beginning to end, working in a trusted support role and providing the Team’s clients with seamless, white glove service from beginning to end - empowering her to ultimately ensure that every step of their experience is positive, productive, and polished.
Giavanna earned her MA Real Estate License in 2018. Before joining Douglas Elliman, she worked on the sales team for the exclusive private residences at the Four Seasons One Dalton In Boston’s Back Bay.
Her knowledge of the Metro and Greater Boston marketplace, understanding of the negotiation and transaction processes, and years of experience working with one of Boston’s top teams equate to an enhanced experience for the client.
